Interbatch 2004 is open to all batches which
graduated from the Romblon National High School. Batch mates who were
classmates only during their elementary grades are not qualified to
participate.

Each BATCH shall pay a Registration Fee of P 600.00 for
every event to be participated in. A package fee of P 2, 000.00 shall be paid
by each batch which would like to join in all the events set in the Interbatch
2004.

Non-appearance of a team in every event after the 15-minute
grace period shall be declared default .

Rules and regulations for each event shall be the
responsibility of the Event Manager assigned by Batch '95 and protests
shall be solved at their own level. Unless the problem could not be
solved in their level, the over-all Technical Committee for Batch '95 shall be
the one who will solve the matter. All protests shall be filed before
each game and it should be in formal communication. A protest fee of P
1, 000.00 shall be charged from a batch who would like to file a protest.

Unsportsmanlike behavior of every player observed during
the Interbatch, depending on the gravity of the offense shall be a ground for
the said batch, where he/she is a member, to be excluded in the Batchnite on
December 30, 2004.

Any matter not included in this Ground Rules of Interbatch
2004 shall be decided upon by the Over-all Technical Committee whose decision
is final.
